Exchange Policy
At FLEXZON, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is any issue with size or product condition, we offer an easy exchange process under the following conditions.
Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange if:
The size does not fit
You received the wrong product
The product is damaged
The product has a manufacturing defect
Exchange Request Time
Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
Please contact our customer support team with order details and clear photos (if product is damaged or incorrect).
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for exchange:
Product must be unused
Product must be unwashed
Product must have original tags attached
Product must be returned in original packaging
Exchange is subject to stock availability
Exchange Process

Contact FLEXZON customer support within 3 days of receiving the product.

Provide Order Number, Name, Phone Number, and reason for exchange.

Send the product back to our return address.

After receiving and checking the product, the replacement item will be shipped.
Exchange Delivery Cost
If the exchange is due to wrong or damaged product, FLEXZON will bear the delivery cost.
If the exchange is due to size change or customer preference, delivery cost will be paid by the customer.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Exchange will not be accepted if:
Product has been used or washed
Product is damaged by customer misuse
Product is returned without tags
Exchange request is made after 3 days
