FLEXZON currently delivers products all over Bangladesh.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary during Eid holidays, public holidays, bad weather, or unforeseen courier delays.

4. Delivery Charges

FLEXZON may occasionally offer free delivery during promotional campaigns or on minimum order values.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery is available in most locations across Bangladesh.
• Customers are requested to keep the exact payable amount ready during delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, our team may provide a tracking number via SMS, email, or phone call depending on courier availability.

7. Delivery Attempts

• Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to two times.
• If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

8. Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. FLEXZON will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address or phone number information.

9. Packaging & Product Safety

All products are carefully packed to avoid damage during transportation. Customers are requested to inspect the package at the time of delivery and report any issue within 24 hours.

10. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

While we always try to ensure timely delivery, FLEXZON is not liable for delays caused by:
